Puppies are sold on written contracts, if you plan to show. The price of a show quality puppy is $1,795 for fawn males,
$1,895 for females. Black males $1,895.00, and black females $ 1,995.00. Plus shipping and handling fees.
(Show people will however, take precedence over companion pet people).
For a compaion pet, $995.00 plus shipping and handling fees, with a limited AKC registration, and you must show
written proof from your vet, that the puppy has been spayed or nutered, By the time the puppy is 6 months old. Show puppies will be sold with a full AKC registration, a non -refundable deposit of $300.00 is required to hold the puppy. Remaining amount is due in full before the puppy can be shipped, delivered or picked up. Price is subject to change.
You will be notified in the order, your info was received in ,and the $300.00 deposit will be required at that time.
There is no obligation to be added to the list, but I recommend that you do so. Since the number of puppies is limited

This AKC registered puppy has been bred by selective pedigree.Seller guarantees this puppy
to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. It's recommended and
requested that the Buyer take the puppy to the veterinarian of their choice, at their expense,
within 72 hrs. of purchase for a routine health examination. If the puppy is found to have any
serious defect, please return it immediately, with a statement from the veterinarian confirming
the defect, for a replacement puppy.Any such health problems must be presented at the time
of sale and not caused by careless handling or improper care.If no puppy is available at that
time, buyer will be notified of the next available puppy. Replacement puppy will be agreed up
on by both parties and will be of comparable quality. It is understood that the replacement
puppy may not be from the exact same parents of the original puppy. The return transportation
is at the purchaser's expense, the replacement puppy will be sent at the breeder's expense.
No exchange will be made if the puppy suffers accidental injury of any kind during the 72 hours

breeding, & there will be an additional $1,000.00 due on demand. By spaying or neutering,
it will help eliminate certain health issues, that could be deadly to your pug. Such as testicle
cancer in males and ovarian cancer in females. It will help undesirable traits, such as marking
territory in males and heat cycles in females. This will also eliminate the possibility of an
accidental breeding and an unwanted litter of puppies.

breed only to a dog or bitch of comparable quality and pedigree. The Buyer agrees not to use
the dog or bitch for breeding until proper age is reached, Dogs: 1 year or after. Bitches: on or

Because this breed is so popular right now it's important to make sure these dogs are bred to
healthy dogs and those that meet the AKC pug dog breed standard. Signing of this contract,
acknowledges that he / she is aware that there are many health problems that are not
uncommon to the pug breed, elongated soft palete, Luxating patellas,encephalitis,demodectic
mange, allergies etc.Buyer futher understands that the technology does not exist to predetermine
the genetic outcome of any breeding as respects to health,conformation, temperament or
performance ability.
Seller has, to the best of my knowledge and ability, made a good effort to determine that the
puppy's sire and dam is free of inherited genetic discase and will provided Buyer with a 1 year
guarantee against any genetic life - threathening problems.
Buyer understands and acknowledges that seller can not predeterm outcome of the breeding
and therfore can make no assurances that the puppy will be free of inherited genetic or other

CONDITIONS BITCH OWNER AGREES TO :

1. Will pay the agreed stud service fee before the bitch is serviced.
2. Provide a pedigree registration before servicing.
3. Provide veterinary certificate of current vaccinations and brucellosis test.
4. Send bitch in good health and in season.
5. Notify stud dog owner in writing no later than 70 days after mating, if no pregnancy
results from the mating,failure to do so will result in no return service being provided
6. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no dog could mate
her accidentally, before the mating season is finished / ended.
CONDITIONS STUD OWNER AGREES TO :

2. Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge.
3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition and current vaccinations.

results from the mating. At no charge. To receive the service, the bitch owner must
notify the stud dog owner of failure to conceive, in writing, no more than 70 days
following the mating, if the stud is no longer avalilable for whatever reason, for
the return service,the stud owner reserves the right to offer a different stud to
the bitch owner.
6. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and a record
of the breeding dates.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. ONE PUPPY BORN ALIVE OR DEAD CONSTITUTES A LITTER
2. IF THE BITCH FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN SERVICE CONTRACT, THE CONTRACT
IS TERMINATED.
